Such a shame and a wasted talent!! She was soo young and had such a beautiful voice!! Hopefully her daughter will grow up to be a strong level headed woman! May the lord be with her through her time of mourning,
Very sad as I thought she was not doing any drugs anymore,My prayers are with her......and her mom and Bobbi Christina
yes!!! very sad news!!
That's life. It happens. People die every single day. Just because she was a "celebrity" the media coverage is overwhelming. What about people who die in poor countries from starvation, etc. There are more important things in the world rather than just this.
I LOVE Whitney!!! I am soo sad that she went the way she did. She was an amazing woman and phenomenal performer...may she rest in peace!
I was very surprised and saddened.
I was very surprised. Such a tragedy. RIP Whitney.
I knew her chances of dying young was a possibility due to addiction however I was still shocked to hear she lost her battle with her demons. So sad,I wish she would have been successful in recovery. I hadn't .heard how she was doing of late.I remember the first time I heard her sing was a song on her first album"You give good Love" I was on a pontoon boat on a lake in Moraine state park with my sweetheart. I believe it was 1985 or 86.I was amazed at her voice and the massive range she had. What a beautiful voice now silenced but never will be forgotten.Prayers for her peace and comfort to her family.
It is very sad and so tragic. Don't know the details so cannot comment on the cause of death but maybe her body just 'gave out' as so many others have in the past. What a waste. Such talent taken away so young. Don't like to listen to the rumors but I am hearing that there were quite a few prescription medications in her room. Look back at how many lives have been lost in recent years due to overdose of 'legal' medication. Now that really is a sad epidemic.
It came suddenly but I think over the years knowing her problem I felt this was inevitable
