Water is one of our world’s most precious resources. Personally, water helps us stay healthy and feel and look our best. Around the world, contaminated drinking water leads to uncountable deaths; one-in-eight people does not have access to clean drinking water. Thus, preserving and conserving water is a cause that means a lot to many of us.

We all need to drink more water.

Whenever i get a headache i think about drinking water to stop thhe headache and i always think that water helps to make beautiful skin:)
Over-drinking is also a problem. I heard from a news some years ago. Someone fed the infant with too much water everyday and the baby was "water-poisoned". The doctor said that water is good but too much water actually would hurt, especially young kids. My kids' pediatric doctor even said that it would dilute the baby's blood, just wonder if it is true. It sounds strange.
I just recently found out that when one feels hungry, it is often just you body telling you that you need more water. I try to drink water throughout the entire day.
I have two stainless steel refillable bottles that I use, this helps the environment by not putting plastic bottle waste in landfills, and it's easy for me to stay hydrated. Camelbak bottles are the best!
Our water comes from a local well. Normally it is clear and clean. Occasionally there is a problem and the well has to be shut down for repairs and retesting or worse we have a boiling order. That is when I really appreciate a consistent supply of clean water. It is so important not to take our natural resources for granted and to do all that we can to preserve our water tables.
I drink a lot of water each day. I prefer to use a water filtration system in my refridgerator when I am home and utilize the stainless steel water bottles when I am out. I do buy 2 flats of bottled water a month - only because the size of the bottle is perfect for a medicine I must mix up and take with me on my morning commute. The stainless steel bottles are too big and the medicine would take too long for me to finish.
I work in a water testing lab so I am always concerned with what is in our water. He all would be very surprised. We are an organic family so if we worry about chemicals in our food we deffinately worry about what is in our water too.
