Do you prefer shopping in stores (vs. online) for the holidays? If so, what is the biggest reason?

There is a lot of excitement in stores during the holidays, and it's fun to get caught up in the holiday spirit.  There are always good deals to find, and you can see exactly what you're getting before you buy it.  What do you love about shopping in stores during the holidays?

Yes, I like the excitement of holiday shopping in stores (24.2%)

    I will buy things online that I could purchase whether or not I touch and feel it, like a book or something electronic. If it is anything like clothing, I like to purchase in a store because I like to try on sizes and feel the material.

    I like both. Stores offer a certain energy for the holidays that cannot be duplicated online. Online shopping offers the best convenience when I know what I need, but I dislike paying shipping costs.

    I like to get to lots of stores to see what is available for the holiday season and i can compare products and decide what i am buying for people on my list.

    I like to do both but if I want my product right away then I just go to the store and buy it. You can find some great deals online but the shipping costs can be overwhelming.

    I like to go to the store and see the product/item and then go on line and see if I can get a better price. If I can then i buy it if not then I'll go back to the store!

    I do a little bit of everything, catalogs, online, and stores. I can't even say I do one more than another it all depends on what I am looking for and where I find it.

    I enjoy going to a store to purchase items because I find the best deals are the ones that are not advertised.

    I like the fact that I can usually create a shopping list that is saved on different sites. That way I can get free shipping as I go back over a period of time and sometimes get a deal on one of the items on my list.
