I think Michael Jackson should be remembered for his imprint on the musical industry. He has made milestones and many other artists wouldn't be around if it weren't for him. Good, Bad or indifferent he was a musical icon and should be remembered for that without additional judgements any longer.

It's sad that someone who influenced all types of music would be remembered as a someone who was fake. He did have a skin disease, I have seen a friend go through the same type of disease and it's very hard to take. MJ turned white because he avoided the sun and if he did have skin bleaching it was better than the alternative of goig through life with big blotches of white all over his face. I don't and never have thought he could be capable of molesting a child. He loved children and dedicated a lot of his life to making sure that children were happy. He had his childhood taken away from him by an overdemanding father, who wouldn't do anything to recapture that at any cost? Just because he was childlike doesn't mean that he liked children in "that" way. I am not a huge fan, but I feel sorry for the way the Jackson Family has been bombarded. They should be given a little peace and time to mourn without the world watching. He will be missed.

He will be remember by his music. High school in the 80's and our dance team danced to Micheal Jackson for many performances. Loved his music and the way it made you feel.

Michael's dancing defied gravity; his music was incredible. His talent is what I will always remember . Not for what he presumably did because the last time I knew, you are presumed innocent until PROVEN guilty. What he did with his body is his business. Have you seen what people are doing with their bodies nowadays. Is bleaching any different than loading up with tattoos. So his nose got screwed up. His problem not mine. If he was just a nobody, who would care. But he wasn't and unfortunately, his business became everyone's business. That's Hollywood!!

Michael Jackson was so important to my generation (30something). I still can't believe that he has died. I grew up listening to all his music and loved it all. He was very talented no matter how he looked he was still Michael Jackson! I think it's terrible how he grew up having a father like his. Even in his death he cares more about promoting his new record label than mourning his own son. Shame on Joe Jackson. I'm glad Michael didn't mention him in his will. About his kids.....who cares if they're not his biological kids or not, they're still his kids because he's raised them.

I love Micheal Jackson and i know that i will remember his music and the influence that he had on the vision of race. Its hard for me to even consider the contravorsy since he was found not guilty and i know there are alot of greety people in the world that would do anything to get there hands on money and when other people see a way to get in on the money they will follow. I just know that he is an amazon artist and will never be forgotten.

I remember watching the music video Thriller when I was about 9 yrs old...still to this day I enjoy listening to his music. He truly had an impact with how music is the way it is today.
