I am waiting for my mammogram appointment so hope to get it done soon.
I do them all regularly. Self exam every month and the other 3 I have done regularly according to what my Dr. says should be regular. It seems to change all the time.

every year without a doubt, the 3D mammogram - nowadays your primary care doctor does a checkup first even prior to giving the prescription for the radiologist - thankfully, they have always come clear.
