A yearly mamogram.
I am a five year survivor. The yearly mammogram caught my cancer early and I was only stage 1. My sister and a friend of mine skipped a year between mammograms and they had stage 2 cancer when there's was detected. They needed chemo and radiation. Get that yearly exam and especially if you are in a high risk group.
mammogram ever year, and monthly I do a breast exam
Mammograms and check ups from my ob/gyn
I do all 3. To be safe!
Mine was found early with a mammogram. I truly believe they are lifesavers. I am a six year survivor!
I do monthly self exams, have an annual mammogram and annual wellness check up.
