What are some good food habits you have learned?
Skipping meals (49.5%)

I eat when I am bored. I have tried to stop but find myself eating without even thinking about what I am doing. It just taste and feels good, so I eat.
I also like fried foods which I know is bad for everyone. Mostly I could live on eating sweets.
Eating while multitasking and Emotional eating
I also am an emotional eater , I have a habit of hAVING TO HAVE SOOMETHING WHILE i'm watching tv like snacks. I really need some thing or some way to stop this I rarely eat breakfast too. so I have a lot of bad habits I really need to break.
Sadly, these all apply to me too. Plus, I'm diabetic and that has taught me to keep healthier snacks on hand. IF the grand kids don't find where I hide them and eat them first.

I do them all thats because I'm always busy!!!!!! and my schedule never permits normal anything let alone eating.........
:-( , I can eat a whole box of cheez it! I try so hard to eat a little but they taste so good!
