    I usually bring something homemade, or from my canning pantry - a jam, jelly or other organic item. My friends always know that I'm a source of organic, wholesome foods that will throw your blood sugar into a high dive frenzy. ;)

    Desserts are my favorite! They are fun to make, usually don't have to be kept warm or too cold, and easy to transport!
