Do you have any tips on how to manage the rising gas prices?
We would love to hear from you.
Less than $2.00 (0.2%)
$2.00-$2.99 (1.1%)
$3.00-$3.99 (12.2%)
$4.00-$4.99 (61.3%)
$5 or more (25.3%)
I'm afraid it will get close to $5.00 this summer. We have cut way back on our driving.
3.89 here in manteno illinois>>>> but last week it was 3.93
It's almost $4 in Illinois and acutally in the city it's over $4.........CRAZY!!! Good thing we have a Harley :):)
I think it'll be close to $5. I don't understand why they keep jacking the prices up. I mean seriously how do they expect us middle class families to survive? The cost of fruits and veggies have gone way up. For example a 10# bag of potatoes is usually $2.59 they now are charging $4.59 for the exact same bag. How can the cost of potatoes go up $2 in 2 weeks? Employers aren't giving too many raises due to the economy but that doesn't matter they just keep on jacking up the cost of gas to get to work, they charge us more taxes and that decreases or income and then food is getting so high that you can't afford to feed your children healthy foods. Sorry to unload but this is a sore subject for me.
I am pretty sure that we will look at 5.00 this summer. It does not look good for any of us.
i live in a small town in california and it is already at 4.45 the only time i start my truck is if it is a must to go somwhere
I don't even know if we can go on our yearly vacation because the gas is going to eat up most of our funds!
I use deisel and it is already $4.50 in many places around me.
listen to the news...has nothing to do with pres. or Libiya....it's Wall Street. Speculation = greed = prices going up for us!
I work for a huge Oil & Gas company, and they are not the one's that state the gas prices. It is our government and the dependency on foreign oil. It costs the same amount of money to get the oil out of the ground.
