I want both-to look better and to fit in clothes better. I'd like to be able to shop for clothes that I like instead of just ones that fit.

Looking great and having better confidence in yourself is one of the main goals - but of course health is another.

I have never needed to diet in the past. I could eat what ever and not go above 115 pounds. After the birth of my 2nd child I never lost the baby weight, and kept gaining. I decided that I needed to do something to get back down to 115 pounds. I joined Smart For Life and started shedding the pounds and inches. Within 4 weeks I was much happier, I had not realize before that my weight was affecting my attitude. 8 weeks into the program I had lost 20 pounds and moved to the maintenance plan. I learned to eat better and healthier; and continued to loose weight. I am back to my pre-baby weight and not dieting, but eating 6 times a day healthy foods

I don't need to lose weight, in fact I need to put on weight, but would go on a diet to eat healthier. I know I need to eat more fruit and veg and lay off the fast food. There is no more cooking in my house - we eat 'To Go' food and leftovers that keep us going through the week. Where did the home cooked meals go is what I keep asking myself?

I would like to lose 15-20 lbs. It's hard for me because I've had abdominal surgery/problems and I'm not able to eat alot of fruits or (raw) veggies. I would love a salad right now!

I am at a loss when it comes to dieting. I feel I have almost no will power when I see candy. I wont go into a store and buy candy, but if I know it's in the kitchen, I can hardly control myself. The weakness of my will only contributes to the dissatisfaction I feel in my appearance.

At the beginning of the year I decided to lose weight and asked a friend to be my accountability partner. I found a website that I can go and log all the food I eat which gave me the amount of calories I could have in a day. I think got a Wii fit for my birthday and have been using that every day. I've lost about 15 lbs and would like to lose another 30. Having all three of the above things have helped me tremedously.
