If you're going to be doing back to school shopping, where will it most likely be?

Not everyone will be doing back to school shopping this August and September, but if you're shopping for school supplies for your kids, where will you be going?

A drug store like Walgreens or CVS (14.7%)

The supermarket (3.6%)

A large chain store like Target or Walmart (87.1%)

A wholesale warehouse like Costco or Sam's Club (5.6%)

None of the above (4.4%)

If you're going to be doing back to school shopping, where will it most likely be?

Most of my shopping was at Meijer. I love one stop shopping and they have great deals on school supplies!

We host a back to school bash for the community where I work. We offer free school supplies for kids in all grades. Wal-Mart is where we bought most of our supplies. That is also where I bought most of my daughters' school supplies. I also went to Sam's for things like binders and large packs of pens and highlighters.

unless you're buying things in extremely large quanties the best would be target or big lots or even the 99 cent store. if you only need a few simple things you can get deals for less than $5.

i usually hit walmart, but if another cometing store has better prices I will swtich...This year however most of the "back to school shopping" will be from my own attic. I buy enough each year to furnish the entire year, and then some. So I have already stocked my kids backpaks will all of the essentials(wiht leftovers from last year). This year I just have to wait until their high school teachers give them the lists (for the rest) of stuff they need for each class (they don't do lists before school starts once they hit high school), then i will go out that evening and pick up everything else.

I wanted to do Staples, Office Max ect but they limited the supplies to 4 or 5 folders and such per customer and when you have 3+ kids to shop for it didn't work for me.

I did a majority of my shopping at WalMart for back to school supplies, but when they needed a few extra things I ran to Office Depot to beat the crowds and found their prices very comparable.
