Do you own a motorcycle? Do you ride one regularly? If so, are you more often the driver or the passenger?

eek! I am so scared to ride a motorcycle. I know someone who has been hit twice and both times were not his fault, the drivers did not see him in front of them and he has a pretty visible chopper. Anyways, he got tossed off his bike in both accidents and has been badly injured and got about four teeth knocked out of his mouth. convincing enough for me not to ride one.
My husband has always had a motorcycle of some sort. The current one is a Harley. I am always the passenger and NEVER the driver. These chicken legs would snap if I had to hold up the weight of a bike ;)
I love to ride on them as a passenger. It is fun!
It's been a long time since I was a passenger on a motorcycle. Due to the way people drive now a days I would be fearful to attempt it again.
My hubby was in a motorcycle accident about 15 yrs ago, a close friend 7 yrs ago and my son-in-law last summer. They're just too dangerous I think.
No, I never have.
In my much younger days I liked to ride with a friend of mine till went into a curve, hit gravel and wrecked. Thankfully he did not get hurt and I only received a dislocated shoulder. Now that I am 55 noway would I get on one. Let's just say the thrill is gone for me. I think other drivers do not see the motorcycle as well as other vehicles on the road. Dangerous enough with all the cellphone users out there driving and yakking or texting.
wuoldn't mind going for a ride sometime as a passenger...on a very empty street!
One day...
we have a harley and ride every chance we get.....we LOVE to ride and i like being the passenger i can just relax and enjoy the ride...
