I don't think that I go out any less because of the economy. I think that I just find things to do that don't cost as much or any money. My friends and I do a lot of hiking or just going to the park to play volleyball, Frisbee, or other games. The downward turn in the economy has definitely helped me to get back in shape!

We definitely stay at home more often it seems like with the economy so bad that places would have bigger discounts especially the movie theaters, but I guess it's hard for them too!

The only good thing about the economic downturn is that it's forcing me to be more creative in how I spend time with my daughter. With so many of my family members becoming unemployed, we are actually connecting more and bonding by pooling resources.

we still go out as much. We have always been frugal. So we really haven't changed. We still stockpile. We cut coupons. If we take our kids out to eat we spilt meals because we know they won't eat it all and we bring home leftovers for dinner the next night. We never buy kids meals just to get the toys. They usually spilt a regualr meal. It is much cheaper than buying 3 kids meals. But we have always cooked at home alot. And also knowing the right tools to make your cooking at home easier, quicker and cheaper. Like using Pampered Chef products. Diner in 29 min or less for under $2 a serving. And it's heallthy. You can't beat that and you can have friends over too! That's aweosme! I just love their stuff!

I have decided that going out to eat is too costly. So we are eating at home more often.

The more I stay home, the less money I will be spending other places. If I do go out a pack a granola bar in my puse so I'm less tempted to go for fast food. I'm also cooking more meals at home.
