    yes, I have known several people with breast cancer. It actually was all found by self exam. yeah.. wowza !

    I come from a family with tons of different cancers unfortunately but my grandma had breast cancer and my aunt did too but my aunt had double breast cancer. Thank God they both beat it but it runs rampid in my family so I'm always checking myself and go to the Dr to get checked.

    Daily self check is good habit to know any unknown development but by getting mammogram on regularly basis will ensure your complete health status.
