    The thing I can't figure out about it is what day would you celebrate your birthday, and will your drivers license reflect how many years you've been alive from the day you were born (for the under 21 thing) or how many birthdays you've had. Which would the government go by, how many times since you were born that your actual birthday (the 29th) has come or by how many years you've been alive (i.e. born in 2010 you're 2 yrs old)....just curious

    I would be so confused...do I celebrate my birthday Feb 28 or Mar 1? OR....do I celebrate BOTH days and get more presents and cake : ) Happy Bday to all of you born on 2/29!
