I agree that eating breakfast is important to starting out your day healthy. I eat a grain cereal and fruit each morning.
My QUICK healthy breakfast is a greek yogurt mixed in w/granola and gotta coffee after a full glass of water. My other breakfast opt would be oatmeal with 2 eggs (over easy or scrambled).
I have for breakfast an egg white on english muffin.
Depending on my morning, some mornings I just have coffee, other mornings cereal, a banana or yogurt.
Used to be a "just coffee" person, but I started eating a piece of fruit and a dozen raw almonds each day, and I feel so much better! I don't run out of energy and the almonds are helping my cholesterol levels. Hooray!
