I am losing weight cause I gained weight to quickly and have stretch marks from it. Diabetes runs in my family and I know if I maintain a good weight it will lower the risk of me getting it. I went and bought salad fixings and a scale I am working out at least twice a week for 30 minutes.

I would like to lose 15 lbs this year. I'm notoriously bad about sticking to a diet and exercise plan but I've got my high school reunion and lake party so need to look my best!!

I try not to look at it as a diet but a new healthy way of living. By choosing the right foods to eat, as well as exercising 3x a week.

I have always had an issue with my weight. Now a days people don't see a person for who they really are, all they see is the person's size. This year I would like to be 20 lbs lighter and keep it off!!! Not just for a better figure but for a better, healthier ME!!!

I have currently lost 50 lbs by watching how I eat and when I eat combined with playing the sports games on Wii and Kinex. I have Type 2 diabetes and had complications last year so beginning in May just started to become more aware of how I ate. I check my sugars before eating to help guide my decision of carbs/protein ratios and the weight has been steadily coming off :)
