I live in southern California. It's a city on the beach. The best of both worlds.

Well I must say i'm pretty happy right where I am, the mountains and lakes are nearby to enjoy and i live in a fabulous country town that is only an hour away from white water rafting, fishing, camping, hiking, hunting and a good oldfashioned cattle drive on one of hundreds of cattle ranches. Or i can slip on an evening gown and highheels and go an hour in the opposite direction and be in the states capital having sushi and watching a play. I hope everyone can find something wonderful about where they live that gives them peace and enjoyment.

I love living in the country, just wishing it had a little of the rules-fences for dogs, etc, that the city and suburbs have.

There's just something about the water that is so relaxing for me! Too bad we don't live near any water!

I live in a rural area and can't imagine ever living in a city again...best yet...I only live about a mile from the shores of Lake Michigan !

I love big beautiful cities. I love in LA and it sucks here. Bad, smelly, and dirty. Take me Boston please!
