I've never really liked his all that much. I watch Craig Ferguson whenever I can, he's amazing. The other late night shows just aren't funny to me. Chelsea Lately is ok, but no one ever seems to put her in the same category with all the guys, which is just weird.

Ugh-if you announce your retirement, then change your mind & put a bunch of people out of work in the process, I have ZERO respect for you & definitely will not watch your show. I've even had trouble watching much on NBC at all for kissing Jay's fanny, and will be very curious to see how many viewers Jay is able to retain after the initial people tune in for the "OMG" factor.

I recall back when the "Late Night" wars between Letterman & Leno occurred jay said he was unaware that his people were using dirty tactics to book guest. Jay's so called retirement was announced 5 years ago and it appears that Jay didn't see the need to put any new plans in to action. His so called 10pm show prompted the canceling of 2 decent shows; LIfe & Southland. I always felt that having him on at 10pm was undercutting Conan's take over of the Tonight show.Yet Jay calls it business and despite screwing up those other shows claims he was worried about the jobs of his staff. What about those staffers on Life, Southland and Conan? Jay stopped being funny long ago. He was a mediocre comedian and a so so actor. The only ground breaking interview he's ever done was Hugh Grant apologizing. I didn't watch one second of his 10pm show and don't plan to watch this show no matter who the guest are.

I prefer repeats of whatever drama is on TNT, USA or A&E to the snooze fest that the yakkers bring unless there is some "hot" guest.

I don't watch late night TV much, but if I do, I like to watch Leno. I think the network is to blame for all of this mess, not Leno or Conan ( most people I know though didn't like Conan..including myself).

I don't watch any of those late night shows. I'm usually watching other programming I find more interesting.

The only reason I ever watched Jay leno was for his jay walking and his headlines. That was the only funny thing about the show. Now I don't have any intensions of ever watching it again. I have no respect for him.

I don't dislike Jay Leno, but feel strongly that it was in very poor taste for him to leave the Tonight Show for the primetime gig and then bump Conan when that didn't go so well. NBC execs should be ashamed of themselves, and so should Jay... very poor all around.
