What is most important to you about your mobile phone service?

There are many things we want from our mobile phone service provider, but what is the most important thing to you when choosing a service? 

Have you ever switched service providers to get a better feature?  If so, what was it that made you switch?

    I need a phone that don't drop calls- I have had a few verizon phones that don't seem to work that well:)

    I'm happy w/ Verizon, a nice phone, discount on my service and internet usage, and great reception now that they have the Alltel towers switched over to Verizon.

    We live in the boonies, so having reception in areas that others don't is a must! Low prices are good too.

    Gotta have the good coverage. What good is the cell phone if it's pretty but you can't call anyone cuz you are out of your coverage area?
