Which of the following most motivates your holiday gift decisions?

There are many reasons we select gifts for friends and family at the holidays.   Buying gifts that are products we’ve tried ourselves helps build confidence that we know what we’re getting - and giving to others - so it’s easier to buy presents that we’re familiar with.  And, while finding the perfect gift for someone is key, getting a great price with coupons or promotions is a nice way to sweeten the deal!

    Cost is the most important factor this year, next to how much I think the person will like it.

    I usually get products that I know and like myself. I realyze people have different taste but i'd rather get them something I trust than something I don't know anything about.

    Since we are talking about holiday gift decisions, there will more than likely be great sales and promotions. The trick is to make sure that you purchase products that people on your list will use and enjoy.

    I like high-quality items, but I also like to give very trendy and useful items. I hate getting or giving gifts that have no purpose. This year I'm going with trendy and useful...I'm giving "designer" resuable grocery bags. I use mine religiously every day and own a couple sets. They're a great light weight alternative for carrying my laptop and paperwork, I use another as a gym bag and it's fun when there are so many neat designs now that you can coordinate with outfits!

    I always like to get gifts that I know is something that the person wants or needs. So I kind of ask around and listen to what they say about things they really want around the holidays. THen when I'm out shopping I check out the things they were talking about and look online and through adds and see if any of those things are on sale. I love it when you can get them what they want and get it for a good price. YAY!

    I want to see pure joy and pleasure on the person's face when they open my gift. Therefore, I want to know I am giving the person a quality gift.

    I do love a great sale but most of the time the sale isn't for something I need. So keep in mind the person your buying for and buy gifts that compliment their life!
