When you start to use a new technology (i.e., iPod, Facebook, Blackberry), who most influences your decision to try it?

We all learn about new technologies from many sources, but it’s usually one person or media source that encourages us to take the final leap to try a new gadget or join an online community.  Who is that influential person or source in your life?

    My friends are always trying new things. I hear about stuff from them because they have older kids and I want to keep ahead of my kids as much as possible.

    I am a almost full time parent volunteer at my childrens school and I see and am surrounded by all kinds of electronics. I am constantly asking what it is and how it works. I think it is important to keep up with what is going on for the sake of our kids.

    I like to look for information on the products myself and testing them. But sometimes i trust the word of a friend or family member.

    I enjoy trying new technology and being up to date with the latest electronics to make my life more convienent.

    My hunny is always the first for new cell phones and gadgets so he keeps me in the loop before others catch on =)

    I usually find out aobut new products through the media then research about what I'm interested in on-line to decide if I want to purchase it or not.

    I usually find new technology, new cell phones, computers very dificult to use. I find myself dedicated alot of time trying to figure it out. Frusturates me !

    My "I want to try that" antenna goes up when I see the new technology that's available now!

    yes, everyone knows that you hear everything from your friends, family, boyfriend, husband..ect!! Its a wonderful thing!!!! :)
