Spending time alone in a relaxing place always helps me to clear my mind and relieve my stress.
I have a good cry, then remember problems could always be worse.
My first choice is reading something uplifting. Then to talk with someone.
I just sit in the dark until i get over it (temporarily) lol
Sadly, I can find comfort in icecream.
Sometimes, I find comfort eating chocolate while talking it out with my family and friends.
comfort food with a conversation with my hubby and then a brisk walk helps alot
I have my "A TEAM". The friends and family I call that make me see things clearly or help me through difficult and stressfull situations.
I also cry sometimes when I am very stressful. I like to be alone as well, in a nice quiet room alone, when possible.
Talking to my hubby, then my best friend and indulging in chocolate is the best way to deal with rocky situations.
