These are stressful times. There seems to always be a new solution for how we should deal with stress. We were curious how you deal with stressful and difficult times?

God is who I always go to when I'm overwhelmed or stressed out. I try to make prayer my top priority. After that a good cry, or confiding in my husband or a close friend also helps me as well.
I like to be left alone, and get busy with things that take time and keeps my mind off the uglys
When I'm stressed out, I try to think of what a friend would do. I usually think about my health and try to do things like pampering myself, working out or organizing things. Doing yoga is my first choice, it relieve stress very quickly and it's a great workout.
I try to lose myself in music & work .
Oh chocolate is my heaven :) or else, I'll just talk it out or read a book or something.
I talk with loved ones...my kids & husband give me strength when I need it!!!
Stress makes me eat . I especially crave sweets whenever I am under stress
Unfortunately my first line of defense to cope with stress is eating...a lot. Then I get more stressed thinking about the weight i will gain! i should be more productive and just sweat away my troubles at the gym and then use talk therapy with family and friends.
Definitely talking to my family helps a lot. Also, praying heals the problem and makes things better.
I deal with stress by NOT eating. When I'm a little chunky, you know I'm happy!
