I have a difficult time with this, but since I have made a commitment, I plan on following through. I am on a Mediterranean plan and most of my meals have to be planned in advance. I want to lose 100 lbs this year, so I can get off of the Type2 Diabetes meds and high cholesterol meds.

Like new year's resolutions, I have good intentions. But with time crunches and life , it will be a challenge to keep.

I don't think I could do it for a whole month. I like my occasional dinner out.

My husband and I haven't been out to a restaurant in years and I cook at home all the time.

I have four kiddos under five, so cooking and eating at home is a must.

I've been saving up to buy my own place, so, I have been cooking 99% of meals at home. Home cooked food tastes better, costs a lot less than eating out & brings family together - in the kitchen as well as at the table. Plus, you also get leftovers & leftovers are faster than take-out. 20 years from now, nobody is going to remember take out, but they will remember the times spent at home cooking & eating dinner together.

It would be nice to cook meals a week at a time and then freeze. Time and money saver!

I cook every meal but one lunch on the weekend. That is a treat and my break from cooking three meals a day, every day. But I am very interested in this idea.

I cook every day right now, although not all three meals. I could do it!
