I believe that we stand a better chance at getting things going on the right track to improve our future with Obama having been elected. I think he is the right man for the job and is serious about his leadership of our country being done in the right fashion. Change is not going to come overnight - after all, it took the other man 8 years to let us get in the condition that we are. I am just just glad to have a hardworking man with real values for all people for our president.

looking4deals - Well here is the problem, the president we had just turned his back to many wrong doings going on in the Wall Street Market. With his blind eyes and ears approach, it has made the country go into a tail spin downward spiral. People did buy houses they could afford, problem is the current president turned his back on us and allowed big wigs on Wall Street to cause the house of cards to collapse as they gained over $50 billion of our hard earned money and wrote loans that were not well explained or defined! Now thousands of mortgages have ballooned and the payment has at least tripled on them causing people to default on their mortgages so some greedy stuff shirt could walk away with the money even though top financial aides warned of what was going on underhandedly in the market. You can thank your current and soon to be former (THANK GOD!) president.

Yeah I agree...change is coming but I don't think that it's the change that we are all looking for! I'm praying for a miracle, we'll see!

Thinking about it...we don't need change, what we need to do is go back to our old ways.1950's economic boom...we didn't depend on other countries, especially china to make our products, we didn't depend on out sourcing our jobs to save money, we didn't buy oil out of the country, we did it ourselves! That is why we were wealthy and prosporous. If we open our factories back up, drill our own oil, hire our own people, and export outside the country...we will be the prosporous America that everyone fought and died for! That is the answer.

He is one man who has good ideas and a good agenda but he has several other politicians he must work with who don't share those same plans. My perspective may change when his plans come to pass.
