I am uncertain about what is to come, but I leave that in God's hands because worrying doesn't change anything. i've been trying method to ease my 'Worriness Syndrome." Everytime I get to worrying about something I can't control, I take a few moments to pray, then try to do something that I can control no matter how small it is: straighten up a room, take out the garbage, respond to an email, do a task that I've been putting off for days (or even weeks). This gives me some relief knowing that my world is not spiraling entirely out of my control.

I have 3 boys....One of whom is severely autistic. I'm ALWAYS stressed! Between xmas coming up and how bad everyone says the economy is, I'm not surprised so many people are stressed right now.

I am grateful during these stressful day to have a decent job. I am very grateful for two well adjusted teenagers, (no, they're not perfect, but they're good kids). I'm grateful for a pretty nice husband who is also a good dad. I want to be a better mom, wife and friend. God is good to me, even when I don't deserve it.

The economy has hit our house hard (as it has most families) and it is making me feel more stressed. Watching the stock market is also stressful. I just hope after Obama gets sworn in he can turn some of these things around! it cannot be too soon!

On the other hand I have a wonderful man who has been my husband for 30 wonderful years. We were high school sweethearts. I realize not many find love the first time around. I try not to be stressed but with my hubby's job loss it is almost impossible. We will be Ok because we have each other, our faith in God ,and our humor, even when it seems impossible to laugh!

The constant worry about the economy and how it is affecting my family, plus the election stuff has combined to make me STRESSED!

I am so grateful right now. I appreciate the little things...family, home, and more importantly, the fact that Jesus died for my sins! How can one not be thankful when you have the greatest friend in the world?? It's me & Jesus all the way! We are coming into the CHRISTmas season & things will look up soon...We have to believe that & look up instead of focusing on the bad news consuming our lives. Things WILL get better! Have faith!
