    They use an abudance of veggies on their sandwiches, and have several salads to choose from, as well as healthier sides to choose from.

    Wendy's food never makes me feel sick and heavy afterward, also their salads r great, I don't eat a lot of fastfood, but its nice to know someone still uses fruits and veggies ..

    Wendy's meat and veggies' are the freshest and their salads are freshest too. Great food at great prices too

    I like wendy's because you can substitute a salad for the fries and get a broiled chicken instead of fried.

    Wendy's advertises Fresh Ingredients so I see why so many people choose them.
