I walk my dog 3 times a day and also use light weights and other exercises.
I ride my bike with my kids, but not as often as I should.
I am a college student and I don't have that much time to fit in exercise with homework and studying.
I have 3 little ones at home, so while I don't exercise (formally) often, they keep me going!
I love to exercise and I have a great path right by the house. Unfortunately, I don't always have someone to watch the kids or if I do its dark outside. But I get out as often as I can.
My schedule is so sporadic that exercising is hard to fit in and get the energy to do!!

I want to exercise more often, it's just so hard to get motivated!
The lack of motivation is the reason I don't exercise and I need too!
