I've changed my mindset to positive. All thing through love and light.
Once I developed my self care routine I learned to say no without explanation. I've embraced and really like who I am. Opinions of others no longer have the impact they once had.
I love talking to my Mom or Sisters when I need to be uplifted
I love yoga when I am really rest less and need a healthy distraction, this calms my mind and fills me with peaceful thoughts and energy.
Going for a long walk also helps as looking at nature and breathing in fresh air is the best remedy.
