    I'm the Boss, but that doesn't mean I get everything my way.  I'm kinda the boss of my house.  My husband works 12 hour shifts with a long commute and is basically gone 5 to 6 days in a row.  
    With 4 kids, being the boss isn't always fun, but it's rewarding to see the combined efforts of my husband's and my work. We have put in a lot of work and it shows.
