    Its rude and not right to give away or return something u were gift some ppl put alot of thought in things that r giving its the thought that counts

    I have never returned a gift. I usually can find a use for something. If clothing was purchased and I could not wear it (to small or big) i would tell the person who gifted it to me. Most times, people forget the gift receipt and you don't know where to exchange. I have a pair of shoes someone gifted me. I can't wear them due to having an injury. I kept them and if my grand daughter comes over and needs to borrow a pair, she can.
