    We are students and we need to research topics. Also, we work and we receive business calls. Sometimes we go on a cell phone diet and spend quality time with each other.

    My husband is addicted to his phone. It would be so nice to retreat every once in awhile and leave the phone at home. I do not think he would ever do that. He panics without it. I think all these devices have made people feel lonely. They don't get out and see people, they hide in their rooms and watch others supposedly live their lives on social media, and the like, and it depresses them. It is a very sad commentary on our lives.
