    I try to eat soup wear more clothes when I am out side. Drink more juice eat fruit.

    I clean and disinfect my house more. Plus try and keep my face covered when outside in the air.

    I like to dress warm and I take allergy medication. Wash my hands. And try to avoid sickness.
