    Unfortunately, not all women have the same drive and vision of possiblility. That may be due to the way they were raised, their current life situation, or perhaps their mental state or lack of encouragement. Not everywoman believes in herself,. I am the first one to believe in myself, and encourage my family and friends to be all that they can be and to make sure to live "their" lives and not get lost living along everyone else in their lives..

    I think that with the right support and mindset that all women can have it all. They can have a beautiful family, love, happiness and love their career too.

    What is the "all" that women want? Personal success and satisfaction can mean so many different things. Life is what you make of it and kudos to women who strive to be better role models.
