    It is just one of those things I put off until I actually have to use it then I have to rush and update it!

    There really isn't anything to update since I've been at the same job for the past few years.

    Resume's can be very difficult to update if left too long even with the same job your education, skills, awards and certificates are ever changing. I like to keep mine up to date with my volunteer work even if I am not applying for a job right away, it means less hair pulling if there comes a time when it needs to be submitted.
