When you get together with extended family for holidays, do you get dressed up?

Does everyone in your family follow a similar dress-code or do some members look out-of-place?

Yes, if it is a holiday, I dress nicer than usual (45.3%)

Depends on the holiday and the family who will be there (29.6%)

No, if I am with family then I can dress comfortably (25.3%)

    I dress how I want. I love my neon ping piano flats, motorcycle boots, white/silver overlay Converse, my black rubber bracelets, funky jewelry, skinny jeans, etc. Yes I'm a mother of 6 and 38 yrs old. I don't tell anyone else how to dress and I expect the same respect from my family. They know that I love funky and it's a part of me, always has been. I just can't get into "mature" clothes unless it's Juicy Couture or something. But even that's borderline funky:)

    When getting together with family for the holidays i tend to dress nicer than usual. Its how i was brought up and in my opinion its just a respect thing.

    I feel the same as beautyqueen, but my family never wants to dress nice so I am usually the only one still dressing nice. They lost the way they were brought up!!!

    DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS WE ALL GET TOGETHER FOR CHRISTMAS EVE AND DO THE TRADITIONAL SEVEN FISHES AND ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO WE STARTING WEARING OUR FAVORITE CHRISTMAS PJ'S. WE LOVE IT BECAUSE WE ARE ALL SO COMFY AND WHEN ITS LATE WE JUST HEAD HOME AND JUMP IN BED:)
