I use all sources to get gift ideas!! I look online, look thru catalogs, brose thru the store and I love to buy gift cards!!

I rely on family and friends input but also research the items that I want before I buy them. I do some impulse buying too.

I use to go to the Oprah top favorites lists, found alot of great things. Although sometimes you just can't buy everyone a cashmere scarf. lol Even Opray started to slim down her lists to fit the economic needs of us "normal" people. :) I haven't checked out the list this year, or don't even know if there is one since she retired her show. Now I use things like geek websites for stocking stuffers. And I find cool things in magazines and then go to the website they recommend and usually find more cool things. I try to find something silly and weird for stockings it usually makes people laugh. Happy Holidays everyone!!!

I like all of these resources to find ideas. But I do like to see it and touch it before I buy it usually if it's for someone else.
