Anything past moderation is not good for someone in my opinion.
Adding sugar to Iced Coffee is futile...it NEVER dissolves. I like my Iced coffee sweet, therefore, I use an artificial sweetener so I get the flavor I want. That's my artificial sweetener moment.
I've been using Equal for years in my morning coffee & oatmeal, I know it's terrible for you but I can't get myself to use real sugar ... I'd have to do any extra few miles at the gym just to enjoy my routined breakfast! LOL. I've recently tried stevia, and am very pleased with the flavor. It'd the perfect amount of sweetness, with no after taste, and is all natural! You can't beat it! :)
