I am surprised at how many people chose the no protection option. I hope that none of them get skin cancer as it is a horrible thing to go through :(

I use to use sunblock all the time. Then I got a job indoors and stopped buying sunscreen because I was hardly outside for longer than a few minutes walking from my car to the building I worked in,to my home, or when I went grocery shopping etc. But now, I volunteer at my church and my "job" is in direct sunlight because I stand at the frount door and near a bunch of windows. And I feel like I'm going to have to find some sunblock that is as inexpensive as possible (because I"m unemployed) but having a good spf is important to me because of skin damage from the sun and I'm fair complected.

If I don't use the highest I can find I will burn to a crisp. I used 50 this weekend, had a t-shirt and burned to a crisp. Luckily no blisters this time.

i live in a very sunny and hot climate, South Texas. Although I have medium-toned skin, I wear sunscreen on my face daily, even in the winter, plus a hat to walk to and from the car and as needed when it's warmer. During the warmer months I use at least a 35 spf on my face. In the winter I might just use 15spf but that's just to save money on the more expensive sunscreen that I use in the summer.

I put spf 50 on my children, so It is just what I end up using also. I never used it before I had children, but now that I have kids I insist they put it on before they go out, so I feel like I should lead by example.
