I'm not going to sacrifice my health or well-being to drop a few pounds. I'd rather work hard and eat sensibly in order to lose the weight than try unhealthy gimics.
Its hard being on a diet, there is no quick fix. I still think even cutting back their still needs to be excercise involved. Ok Accountability too...
I would love a program that tells me what to eat and doesn't have all kinds of ingredients or foods I have never even heard of. I don't mind trying new things. I just need a plan that tells me exactly what to buy in the stores, and not contain ingredients that are too hard to find, how much exercise to do, and most importantly, not cost me an arm and a leg to lose the weight.
I would LOVE a weight loss program program that has long term results. was easy healthy and sensible. I would want flexible food choices - fried chicken mashed potatoes & gravy........., that were low cost. Seeing the pounds melt away while George Clooney comes to my home and offers one on one support! UM, I would be a little busy for those meetings though!!! LOL
I would love to get an online support community for weight loss vs. in person. It just works better with my schedule.

To Each it own, we all have our very own lifestyle, and we make decision accordly to what's best for us.
I would like something that is easy but tasteful and helps me track my calorie intake and burn . I have a very busy household to run. Cost effiecient is a must as well.
I would say that all are important to me. However we all have different needs and lifestyle.
The thing with weight loss that a lot of people don't realize is there is no quick fix, if you are going to lose weight and keep it off you have to completely change your lifestyle and make healthy eating and exercise a part of your everyday life.
