Being gluten intolerant, this is the only food category where there are LOTS of so-good-but-so-bad options... I try to stick to popcorn, but an occasional Cheetos (with V8 - natch!) crosses my lips. It's my airport food version of a grilled cheese and tomato soup
I absolutely love popcorn, and pop my own in a big, copper bottomed kettle! I use just a bit of canola oil to pop, the dress the finished, fluffy pieces with fat free and flavor filled herbs and spices. So fantastic!
