I do think it's nice that he's trying to right his wrongs but at the end of the day I have a hard time sympathizing with him. He just seemed so cold and emotionless during the conference.

I heard that it was a big deal. I have to admit that I had no idea it was going on!

I am glad he apologized, but the damage is done you can't un-ring a bell. But that being said give the man a chance. Lets see if he is nicer on the golf course, more friendly to his fans, and a little less angry while playing. Yeah if you ever watched him he really left the F-bomb fly and for that reason I did not care for him. Some of my favorites were the older golfers that made it fun. Fuzzy Zeller was a real character he made me laugh all the time and made me want to grow-up and try golf. But Tiger looked un-happy all the time, maybe that is why he did what he did, money can't by happiness or love but he did prove it can buy lots and lots of sex. He made a comment about his wife and her not wanting him to say he is sorry but to show her that he was sorry and that he will change. That spoke volumes for me and I hope he will change. I wish him luck and for his children sake I hope he finds help.

I only watched because I had the day off work and just happened to have the TV on while doing some housework. Otherwise, would not have taken the time. I did not get that genuine 'honest, sorry I did that feeling' from his speech. In the end, it is something he and is family must deal with in private. I found it interesting that he made the comment to the audience not to blame his wife. Now maybe I am missing something, but why in the world would anyone blame her for his mess???

I really didn't care to hear his apology! He only did it because he got caught otherwise he still would at this moment be cheating on his wife with even more women!! I didn't fell like he was sincere at all! He is a loser and his wife need to dump him!!

What he did was between him and his wife. The only people who deserve an apology are his wife and kids.

I really didn't care to hear about all his personal crap aired on tv in the first palce! That's not where those kind of things need to be aired. I really didn't care to hear his appology while trying to get the weather before I went to work either. But no that I have, what a bunch of hot air!! I didn't here any sincerity in his voice or any heart felt emotion in the pre written speach that was done by one of his PR staff. I've seen it too many times, once a cheater always a cheater; there will be no self-restraint on his part after a year if he makes it that long. The only thing he's truly sorry for, is getting caught, making a scene and draging his families personal life into his mess! What a LOSER!

I think that he said what needed to be said...and that is it a private thing between him and his wife. During the press conference they had the public comments across the bottom of the screen from viewers and people were all talking about how he wasnt saying enough. I dont feel the he owes the public anything.... men cheat on their wives everyday....and just because hes a celebrity.....doesnt mean all his business needed to be put out there for the whole world. I hope he gets the help he needs though...and he did apologize to all of the kids who looked up to him and their parents. What more do you want from him.... he is human....and we do have tendencies to make mistakes. At least he manned up.
