I found the Poise Impressa to be an interesting option. It's inserted like a tampon to sort of prop up the urethra and prevent leaks. And it has most of the same pros and cons that tampons do. If inserted properly and sized correctly, it's comfortable and you're barely aware that it's in place. But if you have the wrong size, or it is dry, it can be very uncomfortable to remove. I think it's a good idea, but I'm not sure I'd want to use it on a long-term basis. It's probably best for women with heavier leakage than me.

It was a little uncomfortable at first but I got used to it. It feels like a tampon. I feel my bladder issue is discreet and I feel more confident while wearing Poise. I will definitely continue to use.

My problem times are when I sneeze or laugh really hard. I leaked one day when I sneezed and was surprised to find that I actually had a Poise Impressa (Size 3!!!) in. They're a great idea, and they seem to work for some, but they don't work for me I'm sad to say.

This is a great product for those that have any type of bladder leakage. The key is to find the right size. Throw one in and go running, hang out with friends, enjoy life without worrying. The only time I felt a bit u uncomfortable is a time or two when I tried to remove the product when it was dry.

I tried Poise Impressa for few days and it's feel very comfortable and most important no leeks. I would recommend the product if you struggle with urine leeks.

I didn't feel this was particularly comfortable to wear, but I can see how it would help some people with leakage problems. I will try the full size box and see if it's any better.

I was skeptical at first about using Poise Impressa Bladder Supports because I thought they would be uncomfortable. I did want an alternative to pads so I decided to give them a try. The sizing kit was great to have. I use the size 1 and have had excellent results. They work and are comfortable. Thank you SheSpeaks for the sample and Poise for a great product.

It was uncomfortable to remove and sometime, uncomfortable during wear if it slipped down any. It helped a little but the comfort factor ruins it for me. Appreciate the opportunity to try this product. Although it doesnt work for me, I would recommend because there is definitely a place for it.

I am vey impressed with these. They are as easy as a tampon to use and are comfortable. No pinching or pressure. They give you the confidence that you can go somewhere and laugh and not have an oops moment.
