Aveda Naturally Straight definitely made straightening my hair a lot easier! My hair stayed smooth longer, and living in Florida with 150% humidity, it definitely helped reduce frizz! I would definitely recommend this product :)

I hate to be the girl to give this a lower review, but I was definitely underwhelmed. I love Aveda products, but it felt like this one just weighed my hair down too much. It kept the frizz away, which was great, but in turn it made it difficult to brush, doubled the blow dry time and didn't actually make my hair any straighter (I have naturally wavy hair).

I received this product through the Aveda Naturally Straight program and She Speaks. What a positive experience with this product. I live in the Midwest where humidity is the norm. My hair was straighter and more manageable the first time I used this product. My hair dried faster which helps to reduce the frizzies. I liked the very lightly scent of the product. I wasn't sure how much product to use on each section of hair but it only took a couple times using it to know the amount that works for my hair. I wish I would have found this product a long time ago. I would have saved money trying all kinds of products for my hair that didn't make my hair look like it does now.

I received this product through the Aveda Naturally Straight program and She Speaks and LOVE IT! I have always been a lover of all Aveda products. Everything they carry smells amazing. I have always suffered from frizzy hair. I have to blow dry and flat iron my hair daily to achieve the look I want. So I was super excited to give this product a try. I applied it to my towel dried hair, massaging it in from root to tip. I then blow dried it. I could tell I didn't have to blow dry my hair nearly as long as I usually do. When I was done, my hair was already super straight and I think I could have gotten away with not even flat ironing it. But I did anyway and the results we're amazing. This product was a grand slam. I couldn't be happier with the results. So happy I got a full size and wont run out any time soon.

I received this product through the Naturally Straight Program and I can't thank Aveda and SheSpeaks enough! This product is great for curly hair! I've used it several times and have noticed a huge difference in my hair. My hair was a curly, unruly, dry and frizzy mess. After using this product, it is much more manageable and so much softer. I finally have touchable and movable hair. I'm also noticing that it is less frizzy and my curls are looser now. I really like how easy it is to straighten my hair after using this product. It takes less time to get a great blowout. I will definitely be trying out the rest of the line because this is just what my hair needed. A huge plus, is that this is a much safer way to make your hair less curly.

The fact that we received a full size product to test was definitely helpful as samples just don't ever give you enough. While I had a difficult time trying to decide how much I should use (too much and hair felt heavy, too little and it didn't seem to work as well), once I found the right balance, I was very happy with it. The smell was pleasant also. My hair seems to blow dry out faster and smoother. I did use my flat iron but mainly because I am very uncoordinated when it comes to blow drying, lol. It is definitely something I would recommend to others.

I noticed results on my first use of this product. My hair took less time to blow dry and iron and was more manageable (I have very frizzy hair, which made me so uncomfortable). This product is very concentrated and easy to use! I want to purchase the other products in this line because I was so happy with this product.

I really like this product but like others have said the amount is hard to judge. Too much and it def weighs your hair down. I personally do not like the smell but that is my opinion. My hair is very wavy and dry on the ends but oily at the roots. There is no possible way I could go three days without a wash. I can't even go 16 hours at work without my hair feeling too oily. The product itself worked great for me. I would def recommend it and buy it for myself.

Thank you to Aveda - I got this through the naturally straight program. It works better than tons of styling foam etc I used to use. Also the smeel is nice and it does not feel like I put bad chemicals in my hair. However, I'm struggling with the amount I have to apply: too much and your hair looks and feels sticky, too little and it does not do the job. Either way it helps with the frizz, so that's great! In order to get the straigthening done I had to apply about two walnut sized portions, but that's what gets my hair almost look greasy.

I was skeptical to try it on my hair at first but glad that I did and was amazed at the results it gave me after the first application itself. It felt lightweight without any grease or traces of the product on my hair, also it smells really good. Made my hair soft, shiny and smooth, and kept it straight all day long without any frizz. I achieved what I wanted with this product so I am completely satisfied and have recommended this product to all my friends, family & co-workers.

I loved aveda naturally straight, it tamed frizziness and straighted out the waves. It left my hair healthy feeling and it was so easy to use, Aveda used high quality ingredients as well.

I got this a day after I purchased the tresemme 7 day,. My teen used the tresemme while I tried the aveda. I have to say that the aveda was better bc I didn't have to flat iron after. Apply and blow dry, that's it. I love the ease and the lasting effect.

Super soft and not heavy, however I would've needed the whole line to experience less frizz in the humid area I live in. Overall, it was awesome, but would like to try the whole line before buying.

I received this product through the Aveda naturally straight program and fell in love with it! First, I want to say thank you to Aveda for sending a full size product and not a small sample size. This really gives me multiple opportunities to use the product and form a solid opinion. My initial concern was that the product would leave my hair feeling heavy and greasy, but that simple wasn't the case here. It was lightweight on my hair and absorbed easily, not leaving any film on my hair. The product has a somewhat refreshing lime type of scent to it which is better than other products I've used which smell too much like chemicals. The product was evenly distributed throughout my hair and brushed straight to remove tangles. This made my hair easy to brush through and left me with less tangles than when using my conditioner. Afterward I blew my hair dry briefly (maybe three minutes) and it was straight and didn't need to be flat ironed. I was surprised this product worked so well and held the straightness for the day. I have VERY long hair down to my butt and sometimes the curl and wave start to come through when it's humid, but this product kept my hair beautiful all day long. I'd highly recommend to anyone!

I have been using this product for 3 days now. I love it! My hair is softer, shiner and straighter. I don't even have bed head anymore! I use a small amount, I can see the difference when I blow dry. I only used a straightener once, when I first used the product. Its saving me time as just blow drying is working. I love this! No frizz and supper soft.
