I love my mixer! Just hate that it has yet to fit on any of my countertops...and boy is it heavy to lug around. It does a great job, lots of power!

Its very sturdy and helpful when u want a large batch of cookies. Its a little bulky but i love the red one it brings a pop of color to my kitchen

Great investment! Mine is Royal Blue and I love it. Over the years I have added some attachments such as the ice cream maker and pasta maker. Next is the attachment to grinder/sausage maker.

If only it wasn't so loud! It is really pretty on the counter, and does the job well, I would like to see a quieter one though! I don't have issues like in other reviews about ingredients on the bottom, but you do have to scrape the sides especially while making frosting. I will use Kitchen Aid as long as the continue to make pretty stands!

This always gets whipped out at Christmas to make about 13 dozen cookies for our annual cookie party! It also helps me make my famous cheesecake. The mixer is durable and looks the same as it did 14 years ago when I got married. I wish it wasn't so heavy but I guess that adds to the durability.

very useful machine, the price is way too high

My friend recently splurged and purchased a KitchenAid mixer and it is wonderful! My grandmother still has her original mixer from the 70's, and I can only hope the new version lasts as long! They have 2 versions available in most stores, a less expensive version with plastic parts and a slightly more expensive version with all metal parts; do yourself a favor a spring for the all metal version as it will run quieter and last much longer!

I love my Kitchenaid mixer. I combed the internet for months reading reviews and almost did not buy one after finding more of them to be negative than positive. Needless to say I found a good deal on one and a year later still do not regret my decision to purchase it. I use it for everything from the standard bread, cookies, and cakes, to mixing meatballs, shredding chicken, and making butter. The one piece of advice I would give to anyone thinking about purchasing one is to please: Read the instructions and obey them. So many of the people who complained about their machine breaking in the reviews I read had commented that they did things the instruction booklet said not to. For example: the instructions say to never mix bread on a speed higher than 2 if you do you will greatly shorten it's life. Treat this machine well and you will pass it down to your children.

Best christmas present ever! From Sausage stuffing to whipping cream, this does EVERYTHING!

Great mixer but so heavy.

This mixer is amazing! We only pull it out if we're having parties to make desserts in bulk, but only because its soooooo heavy! It works great though! and easy to clean which i love!! Just dont keep it up high lol

I love my Kitchenaid! And the best part of it is I got it on clearance for very cheap (can't remember how much) because a "part" was missing (the bowl shield) and then found out there was a rebate on it for just about what I paid for it AND I emailed Kitchenaid about the "missing part" and they sent me one for free!! I haven't used it a lot but when I did I wanted to go buy ALL the attachments! My mother-in-law was a baking fiend and she wanted to buy it from me so I took a couple of bucks for it and she LOVED it, but sadly she passed away and the family made sure I got it back. I'm happy to have it but when I look at it at times I remember what I'm missing and wish she still had it and was using it..

I love my Kitchenaid - makes cooking and baking a breeze. So much better than hand bel mixers!

Only if it was easier to be cleaned

I don't use my kitchenaid mixer as much as my hand mixer, but when i do use it, it is greatly appreciated. The mixer is often used for big baking projects (holidays, special occasions). I do wish that #1 the mixer was lighter and #2 the bowl was bigger.
