So, BB creams are all abuzz on the market right now. I just got a free tube of the Loreal Magic BB Cream to Review from SheSpeaks and thought I'd share my opinions of it with you. A BB cream is a beauty balm or blemish balm. It's similar to a tinted moisturizer but usually offers more benefits than a simple moisturizer with a sheer tint. Loreal's Magic BB Cream is an all-in-one claiming to provide four benefits. It's supposed to deliver the following results prime and smooth the skin, prepping it for for other cosmetics. even out skin tone. hide flaws. offers all day hydration. First impressions? Well, my skin has gotten lighter since moving to Minnesota, and I requested the Fair shade. It comes in four shades from Deep to light. With adequate blending, it color matches my skin quite well. But does it live up to it's promises? Priming and Smoothing. The job of a primer is to smooth a surface and prep it for additional color. I noticed that I could actually wear this alone if I wanted to. It offers a very natural look. However, it also did a decent job of smoothing out the skin. It dried to a powdery finish and was ready for foundation should I want to wear one. The "Beautifying Beads" blended with my skin tone. If I purchase more, however, I would like to try one shade darker. Apparently, my Native American skin didn't go quite as light as I thought it had. Even out skin tone. Ok. I am not a spring chicken and am showing early signs of Rosacea (reddening and visible blood vessels) around my nose and on my chin. The BB cream did an ok job of covering it. However, after I applied a bit of foundation, it was no longer noticeable at all. Normally, even with foundation, I have to use copious amounts of concealer to hide the redness. I didn't have to with the BB cream. To be fair, though, the divots around my nose area are quite red, so I was pleased with the coverage. Hiding Flaws. As luck would have it, my chin has been breaking out this week. While the Loreal Magic BB cream did hid the redness, it didn't hide the big bumps. But, it did cover other, smaller, uneven spots on my skin. I think you would have to use concealer to cover anything other than a minor flaw. It definitely made it less noticeable, though. All day hydration. The dry spots on my cheeks have definitely benefited from using the Loreal BB cream. I still use a nighttime moisturizer, but it does a good job during the day. For the price, I'd say it's a pretty good moisturizer. I would love to see SPF added to it, though, to eliminate one more layer of product I need to use on my face.

I'm impressed! I loved how my skin looked and felt after applying this BB cream. I have a bit of under eye dark circles and some minimal reoccurring red spots so I was excited to give this a try! After washing my face completely, I gave it a go and I was a bit skeptical because the shade of the BB cream looked extremely pale compared to my skin tone but as I blended and applied I noticed how well it blended onto my skin. I liked how light it felt , not heavy and NO cakeyness! I noticed that it also gave me the appearance of a brighter healthier skin...A major plus! Definitely a keeper :)

This is my first experience with a BB cream and I have to say that I really like this product! My skin tone is between light and medium so I was a little surprised when the light shade was a little dark for my skin andnit has a slight orange undertone. I took off one star because of this. Thankfully I have a face powder that is a little too light, so the combination actually worked beautifully. It was interesting to watch the white cream turn to color as I applied it. I usually use a primer because I have large pores and it also helps with fine lines. I wasn't sure if the BB cream was going to be enough of a primer, but was pleasantly surprised when it left my skin looking smooth and practical flawless! It provides just enough color to even out my skin and cover minor flaws and minimal darkness under the eyes. I think it provides more coverage/color than a tinted moisturizer, but less than a regular foundation. I love the matte finish it gives, that takes down any shine and I don't need to touch up my powder all day long. It's not oily or greasy at all, but allows enough time to blend into the skin and blends very well. I've found it provides enough hydration for my normal skin, but I do think someone would with dry skin may need to consider using a moisturizer first. I've used it on it's own with just powder on top and I've used it under foundation when I've needed more coverage and it works great both ways. If the color match is perfect, I think you could wear it without powder and be very pleased. It's really a great product! The only think I could ask for would be that they will come out with some additional shades.

Thank you Shespeaks for selecting me to be a tester for this product! I received this product in the mail last week and could not wait to give it a try. I am very impressed with this product. Like most people have said the color is white in color, but blends into the skin with such simplicity and ease. It has a very light consistency and has no real smell. I know most people like SPF, but I like that this doesn't contain it because It causes my skin to itch. I do have a combination skin type, but mostly oily. I gave it 4 stars because I would love it if they would offer a OIL-FREE version of their BB Cream. I love the size of the tube, because it can fit in a purse without the bulk. I have told several friends and they are all excited to try it. Thanks so much and I do love this product, but like it stated it would be nice if they would offer a OIL-FREE version in the near future.

Just received mine yesterday. Really liked the packaging, no spill, no waste, etc. Was a little alarmed at the color when I first went to apply it. Thought there is NO WAY this is going to blend to my skin color....but it was perfect! Looked so natural, not "made-up" or overdone. My skin is usually a bit oily, but it sure didn't seem so when I was using this product. I am expecting in April, so will definitely use this product on days I don't have time to do my makeup and just want to look fresh and natural.

This stuff works!! The only thing I dislike is it is not enough moisture in it for my dry skin. It covered up my uneven skin tone and made me look mahvelous!!

I tried this once and I unfortunately wont use again.I have very sensitive,acne prone skin. I liked the way it felt and looked but was a little drying for me and i had small bumps by the end of the day.I think if I had normal skin I would really like it. Its light to medium coverage,blends easily and well.Feels light on skin.While it didnt work for me,I would recommend for someone else to try.

I have combination skin that gets a shiny by the middle of the day. This BB cream gave me a matte finish that lasted all day. The color matched my skin perfectly. When you first apply it, it looks too light and feels gritty, but then it blends right in after a bit. It has a light covereage but enough to fade my old acne scars and dark spots. Too bad it doesn't have the benefits of a traditional Asian BB Cream that includes anti-oxidants, moisture, brightening, anti-aging, firming, etc.

I like it! Its feels good in the skin. The only problema is that I get a color to dark for my skin tone. So I give it to my bestfriend and she told that she really like it. That she have another bb cream much expensive, and this one its better. Definetly recomended!!

I really liked this product! It really was like magic to see the white serum turn into the shade of my skin as I put it on! It made my skin look more matte instead of shiny and made my pores less noticeable as well as my blemishes. I probably would not have bought this on my own so I'm really glad I was able to try it! I will be buying it from now on!

I received the makeup last week and I have tried it for a couple of days now. I was skeptical of the fact that I saw white come out of the tube, but when applied it blended well. I normally use a tinted moisturizer, and thought I needed to use something with a bit more with coverage. I have been pleased with the product. I use a bronzer over it and love the look it gives. I still use a moisturizer and primer before the application. ( just out of habit) The only down-fall is that I wish it had an SPF blended in the makeup. I would recommend this to my friends.

I have added BB Cream to my everyday routine, I loved it!

I have worn the BB cream for a week now. All in all I love it, I never wore makeup, except on my wedding, but I loved how light feeling it is and the way it evens out my complexion. The only complaint I have is the 1st couple of days that I wore it my face was very itchy feeling, I don't know if that was because I am not used to anything being on my skin or what. After that I have had no problems, enjoyed the product and will continue to use it in the future.

Recently I have had the opportunity to participate in the L'Oreal Paris Magic BB Cream program. The full name of the product I tested is "L'Oreal Paris Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream." This cream serves four purposes; "PRIMES to smooth skin's texture. PERFECTS to hide imperfections. HYDRATES for all day moisture. CORRECTS skin for a healthy looking, even complexion." This cream is available in four shades (Deep, Fair, Light & Medium) which contain self adjusting beads. The beads will match your skin tone once the cream is applied. I tried the medium shade and did not have any problems with the cream matching my skin tone. I tested the cream by wearing on my bare skin without makeup, wearing it as a foundation and using it under my regular makeup. I found this cream to provide a light to medium coverage that did not feel cakey or greasy. It is great for the days when you do not really feel like wearing makeup but you want a little coverage. I love the way this cream evens my complexion and gives me a flawless looking face. I found that this cream lasts for about 6-8 hours. Overall, this BB cream is honest in what it claims to do. Other notes: This cream primes but not in the sense that it will prolong the wear of your makeup. Instead, it primes by providing a smooth surface for the application of your regular makeup. Also, this BB cream does not contain SPF (I would like some SPF). This product is sold in a 1.0 FL OZ (30ml) tube for around $10.

I finally recieved my BB Cream. The packaging stood out among everything so it was the first thing i opened. The application of the product went on so smoothly. The coverage is very light, and I do have acne scars so it took a little bit of touching up to get the coverage i wanted. Besides that I loved the overall finished look. I didnt use concealer i didnt use any of my normal foundation products afterwards, besides a little powder for the extra coverage of my scarring. I have oily skin and the BB Cream gave my face like a Matte finish. I loved it! I will definitely be purchasing and recommending this product as I find it will save me money on additional foundation products, and I know my girls love to hear about new beauty products.
