totally worth it... i love it.. best ever would never go back to my old Flat Iron

LOVE it....the best I have ever used..

I love my chi and will never buy another brand again!

I got my first Chi about 6 years ago and have never looked back! The first one got passed down to my daughter because I wanted the Chi Wet to Dry...I loved that one too! We had a house fire and my Chi was gone, needless to say it was the first thing I replaced!!! They are really worth the money!

Love mine when my hair was short. Now I have long hair again and have to use a different one.

Love mine need new one it's the best

have had mine for about 3 1//2 years now and still works great

I got my CHI 8 years ago and I would not use any other flat iron! It not only straighten your hair nicely, but adds a sleek shiney smoothness. The only problem I had with the iron was about 4 years ago the cord was loose (which was an issue that CHI had with many irons and upgraded in their updated irons) and I could not use, I bought another expensive iron, used it for a couple months, and missed my CHI, it just wasn't the same. Instead of buying another expensive iron, I just got mine fixed for only a couple dollars. After 8 years I think its time to buy another CHI and bury my original. The hot plates don't seem to be as hot anymore (still usable). So I thank this company for its great product and I definitely recommend!!

I have been using Chi flat iron for a few years now & have been very satisfied with it. For better results, flat iron thinner sections (about 1/2" thickness) of hair so that the heat from the flat iron will penetrate through to give every strand that polished look. I only gave this a 4 star because I prefer a flat iron with a titanium plating for better heat distribution & result.

Totally worth the added expense. I went through four $20-$40 ceramic flat irons of other brands (each lasting 6 months, if most, for my hair, which requires the highest temperature setting possible) before I got my Chi, and I've had it for 3 years and never looked back.

The Chi may be expensive, but it is worth every penny. This is by far the best one out there, it doesn't dry out your hair, but it leaves your hair silky smooth each and ever time! i like it! havent burnt my fingers! & makes my hair lay very smooth holds long to!

I love my Chi Iron! It is great and always does a great job on my very think and long hair!!!

I love love love the chi!! Best iron out there so far. I have used some many flat irons before this one and none compare! My frizzy curly hair turns into to straight silky hair. I love how I can curl and flip my hair with ease!

The Chi may be expensive, but it is worth every penny. I have tried many flat irons, thinking that they all work alike and that I could get away with a cheaper brand. I was wrong. Other irons only lasted a few months and often made my hair dry and brittle. I tried the Chi at a friends house and loved it. I have had my Chi over a year and it still works like I just bought it.

Love my chi! My daughter has one too. So worth the money. Am upset that I wasted my money on cheaper brands that have not worked as well or stopped working. Heats up fast, wont burn your fingers, easy to use, store and pack with you when going away.
