I use to shop at Kohl's all the time but now that I'm unable to drive, I have to do my shopping on-line and everything in my size is always sold out. Plus I feel the prices have really gone up. Unless I have multiple discounts I can use on items I will shop somewhere else

Love the app I don't always enjoy shopping in-store at Kohl's because it can be backed up at the check-out and sometimes the displays are very disorganized, but I really love their app, where you can purchase through the app and pick up in store. As a mom of little kids, this is a great option for me to get what I need without dragging them through the store.

Khols has great sales and I love how you can take amazon returns their now.

Kohls/ take it or LEAVE it Long lines!!! Lack of diversity. Clothes are all over the floor. Unless items are on sale - don't bother. Now they have amazon pick up and delivery portal which is chaos

I find things at Kohl's overpriced, though I do love the Amazon return desk. Many of their clothes appear poorly made.

this store is over priced, ok quality merchandise, the sales are not really good, if you do not have a lot to spend do not shop here

This store is way over priced and is only really a good deal, "sale" when stuff is on clearance. They jack all the prices up and then offer these huge sales to make you feel like you are getting such a great deal when in reality it is just the normal price it should be selling for. The quality of their clothes is not that great either.

Way too expensive

I only shop here, if I have a good coupon ($10 off anything). I always have a hard time finding something. I find the ladies department VERY confusing! Where am I? I just want to find something cute!

Often don't find what I'm looking for.

I used to love shopping at Kohl's, but like everywhere else they too are raising the prices and lowering the quality. I only now buy when it is on clearance at an 80% off sale or with a good coupon. I haven't been finding a lot that I want or at good prices.

I like the store, cute clothes and helpful staff, the problem is the prices are way overboard, i don't go there unless i have a good discount coupon or if they have good discount offers.

I recently when into this store, it was over price.

This store is the most disorganized place I have ever shopped in. Their prices are high, and their selection is poor.
