love the varieties they offer and the prep is easy, while still preserving vitamins for relatively healthy meals. I usually buy them on sale or with coupons and love to stock them because they are so good and quick to prepared and the flavor has never disappointed.

These frozen assortments are great for when you don't have the time to steam your vegetables but still want to eat healthy. But I will admit the broccoli is a little disappointing with some less than savory chunks.
